John is a seasoned operator with a successful track record of scaling businesses in the cybersecurity and managed services industries. Previously, he served as CEO of Alert Logic, a managed detection and response platform focused on mid-market and enterprise customers; CFO at Webroot, an anti-malware and threat intelligence company focused on MSPs and their SMB customers; and, COO of Carbonite, a cybersecurity and backup and data recovery company focused on SMB customers, following its acquisition of Webroot.

John enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, tennis and spending time with his family.

Chad oversees strategy, M&A, strategic alliances, and our overall portfolio of technology solutions, ensuring that our offerings fit the needs of customers today and into the future. Chad brings 25+ years of experience building innovative products, creating successful go-to-market strategies, and scaling cybersecurity, technology, and MSP focused businesses. Previously, Chad served in executive product and technology leadership roles at DomainTools, AlertLogic, Carbonite, Webroot and Malwarebytes.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and skiing.

David has over 35 years or experience working in diverse technical ecosystems for the US military, healthcare, cybersecurity, and licensing / certification industries. He comes to Propulsion having led engineering teams at Career Certified focused on building a robust, cloud-centric platform for the rapid technical integration of acquired partners, and Webroot focused on building next generation anti-malware and threat intelligence technologies. Previously, he owned and operated a MSP focused on serving doctors' offices.

In his free time David loves to SCUBA dive, spearfish, sail and generally just be in and around water.

Chloe is responsible for growth strategy and acquisition processes. She served as an Operator in Residence at Juxtapose, supporting the development and growth of Propulsion from ideation to launch. Previously, Chloe was Chief of Staff and led strategy and corporate development at pymetrics, an enterprise SaaS startup in the HR technology industry. Before that, she was a private equity investor at BC Partners and an investment banker at UBS, covering technology, media, and telecom.

Chloe loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, discovering new restaurants, exploring cities on foot, baking cookies, experimenting  with arts and crafts, playing tennis, and cheering for the Atlanta Braves.
